The "Graphene & 2D" Group has been founded in 2011 in order to make electronic devices with graphene and 2D materials

This research group is located inside the Institute of Optoelectronic Systems and Microtechnology (ISOM) that belongs to the Technical University of Madrid (UPM Universidad Politécnica de Madrid)

The ISOM infrastructure contains:

400 m2  Clean Room

300 m2 Characterization Laboratories
